Support to ensure Best Practice and Compliance

Our expert knowledge and experience will support you to develop your internal procedures and systems by providing advice and control measures to help you meet and exceed regulations.



We can provide auditing services for medication, care plans, staff training, quality management systems of policies and procedures and general audits of all areas to identify where improvements can be made in line with requirements. Our audits can be provided as frequently as you require; one off, monthly, quarterly.



We can also help you to develop self auditing systems for your service. This will ensure that your internal systems for auditing are compliant and exceeding the expectation of what is required.



Following a quality assurance visit you will be provided with a written report and an action plan to help your service to progress.

Expert Advice with Implementation and Execution

Care plans and risk assessments are essential for a safe and caring service. Whether you need help with these or support to develop your staff to be able to create, review and implement these vital documents, SATC can provide guidance for you to get these established and operational. 

Proactive and Reactive Intervention and Support with Implementing Change

Are you ready for your inspection?

We will consult with you and agree the format and style of the audits and support you require based on your specific requests. This is often formulated in the style of a CQC/OFSTED inspection. Mock inspections can support managers and staff to learn about the process of inspection and will help to identify where improvements need to be made.



If you prefer we can provide 1:1 trainings or group sessions to cover the inspection expectations. This can be at all levels from support staff to managers and develops the overall understanding of the staff team within your service.
